The external cylindrical honing machine designed and produced by our company uses a color LED LCD touch screen human-machine interface and PLC communication. It can process data and issue action commands through the PLC based on instructions from the human-machine interface. At the same time, the recipe function of the human-machine interface allows direct invocation of relevant parameters such as spindle speed, table reciprocating speed, and abrasive strip pressure ratio, making it more convenient and faster for operators during use. Similarly, considering the small batch production of some workpieces, our company's external cylindrical honing machine is equipped with a manual operation panel in addition to the automatic control interface.
The manual operation panel allows for direct manual control of small batch processing workpieces. During the design and production process, our company fully considered the requirements of workshop processing, setting relevant parameters in the recipe of the human-machine interface through theoretical calculations and processing of workpieces with different shaft diameters to meet the processing requirements of different workpieces.
