● Short stress line internal force closed frame, independent bed, small workpiece bending deformation
● Multi-pump variable differential system, high speed, low power consumption
● Quick connection of internal mold and core rod, dedicated robotic arm (patented technology) for automatic loading and unloading of internal mold
● Stress closed bell-shaped drawing head (patented technology), automatic loading and unloading of pipe end support core head
● Equipped with hydraulic servo feeding rack (patented technology), hydraulic unloading rack, achieving automatic loading and unloading, automatic core rod support
● Touch screen + PLC digital control and manual control dual system, process parameters preset storage, real-time monitoring of processing
● Randomly included cold drawing process design software, automatically determining cold drawing passes, unloading length, drawing force, pre-stressed outer mold
