Our company is a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. Through long-term production practice in the straightening of cold drawn precision cylinder tubes, we have accumulated rich experience, summarized many practical technical tips for the straightening process, and collected a large amount of relevant information from both domestic and international sources. This has led to unique ideas for the improvement and research and development of straightening machines. We have made continuous improvements in the reliability of the straightening machine, work stability, degree of automation, reduction of operator labor intensity, safety, and improvement of production efficiency, achieving tangible results. Currently, these technologies have been applied to the Hengyang Steel Plant project, yielding ideal results.
While ensuring the intrinsic quality of the equipment, the design incorporates ergonomics and industrial design concepts, striving for a simple and beautiful equipment shape, compact size, user-friendly operation interface, and convenient maintenance.
Technical Description:
● The straightening machine is divided into mobile gantry and fixed gantry series.
● The pressure head or workpiece can move longitudinally along the bed, positioning at the highest point of the workpiece, with double V-shaped irons moving freely to adjust the straightening point.
● The lifting frame is designed with a rotating mechanism that can drive the workpiece to rotate and position.
● Equipped with hydraulic automatic loading and unloading racks, which can connect longitudinally or transversely with the conveyor roller track to achieve automatic loading and unloading (optional).
● The bed is fully supported along its length, with no suspended parts, greatly improving the overall rigidity of the bed and ensuring the straightening accuracy of the workpiece.
