Detailed introduction

  The two-roll straightening machine is a new type of round bar straightening equipment currently available both domestically and internationally. It is developed based on the advantages of similar foreign products, combined with the characteristics of domestic enterprises' production, and is based on the equal curvature reverse bending straightening theory by domestic straightening expert Professor Cui Fu. After simplification and optimization, it is a new generation of straightening machinery products developed independently. It fully utilizes the roller's ability to perform reverse bending straightening on round materials during rotation, involving a new theory of equal curvature reverse bending straightening, eliminating the adverse factors of elastic cores on straightening quality, and compensating for the quality shortcomings of multi-roll straightening using techniques such as flattening and reverse bending.
  The straightening principle of the two-roll straightening machine: mainly, the upper and lower straightening roller groups form a segmented equal curvature roller gap with adjustable spacing within an inclined angle range to apply rotational reverse bending to round materials. The material undergoes multiple reverse bending deformations, allowing the material's stress to reach uniformity, thus proceeding with straightening. Therefore, it can not only ensure the straightening of round bars but also accurately straighten hollow tubes, with a straightening precision of up to ≤0.05~0.5 mm/m.
  The equipment consists of a machine similar to a three-beam four-column press, with fixed upper and lower straightening roller groups between the movable crossbeam and the lower crossbeam, straightening roller group driving device, feeding and discharging equipment, control system, hydraulic system, and other components.

 

Main technical features:

 

  ● Overload protection device;
  ● Straightening roller force balance device;
  ● Using concave upper rollers and convex lower rollers, straightening can also be achieved at both ends of the material;
  ● Straightening rollers are arranged vertically, providing good visibility and facilitating adjustment, operation, and maintenance;
  ● The adjustment values of the straightening rollers can be accurately repeated through a computer using displacement sensors;
  ● Wear-resistant material guide plates are used between the straightening rollers, preventing damage to the surface of the straightened round material;
  ● The guide plate bracket is adjustable up and down, facilitating the alignment of the guide plate with the roller gap;
  ● The guide plate bracket can swing open and close laterally, making it easy to replace the guide plates;
  ● The transmission system can be steplessly adjusted, solving the issue of straightening speed;
  ● High-precision roller shape design will not cause diameter reduction, suitable for straightening hollow tubes;
  ● Roller shape design suitable for straightening hollow tubes;
  ● This machine has a polishing function;
